Where does A Day In Our Shirt deliver to?
We deliver Australia-wide. Currently, we are not shipping internationally.

How long will production take after I place my order?
Production will take approximately 1-8 business days as each item is made to order. We will do the best we can to complete your order as soon as possible. If there are significant delays due to volume of orders (for example, during a sale) there will be updates throughout our website and we will contact you to advise you.

Please note that we are a small business run by a mum of two small children. And while she may be a supermum, she can't always do it all.

When will I receive my order?
After production your items will be dispatched for delivery. For standard shipping, allow 2-6 business days for delivery. For express shipping, deliveries will be made within 1-3 business days. Read our shipping policy here.

I changed my mind, can I return or refund my order?

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Read more on this in our Refunds Policy.
